How do the 6-month and 1-year plans differ?

Both have the same features and support scope; only the term and cost differ: 8,000,000 VND for 6 months, 14,990,000 VND for 1 year (excl. VAT).

No, the prices above are exclusive of VAT.

Pricing is not limited by the number of linked Zalo/social accounts but by the number of staff using the system (up to 200 on the Enterprise plan).
